By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

The service is provided by Mr. Connect.

Your account is yours alone. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us through the contact details on this site if you think somebody else has it.

Signing in on a new device signs you out everywhere else. This is deliberate: one subscription is for one learner, and it is also what stops a leaked password being used quietly alongside you.

Sharing an account, or passing your sign-in details to other people, is grounds for us closing it.

A subscription gives you access, for as long as it is active, to the lessons, PDFs, stories and live sessions published on the platform at that time.

We add material over time, and not every level is complete. We tell you plainly on the site which levels are open today. Nothing here is a promise that a particular lesson will exist by a particular date.

Live sessions have a limited number of seats and are held at the times we publish. A seat is reserved for you, not sold to you separately.

Subscriptions are charged in US dollars. Where the site shows a price in another currency it is a conversion, shown to help you recognise the amount, and the figure your bank charges you may differ slightly.

Payment is taken by Lemon Squeezy as seller of record. Their terms apply to the transaction itself.

Your subscription does not renew on its own. When it runs out, it stops, and you choose whether to start another one.

The lessons, videos, PDFs and stories on this platform are ours. You may use them to learn. You may not copy them, republish them, sell them, or share them outside your own account.

You may not record or redistribute a live session.

You may not attempt to break into the platform, interfere with it, or access parts of it that are not meant for you.

You can stop using the service whenever you like, and you can ask us to delete your account.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we do, we will tell you why.

We work to keep the platform available and the material accurate, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable, and we do not promise any particular result from using it. Learning a language depends on the learner.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited by agreement.

These terms are governed by the law of Egypt, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
